Terms of Service

Showdit is a marketing-automation tool that generates publish-ready short-form videos from the product information you provide and, where you connect a publishing account, publishes that content on your behalf.

The Service is provided on an as-is, early-access basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may only create brand channels for businesses and products you are authorized to represent.

You retain ownership of the products, brand assets, and information you submit ("Inputs"), and of the videos the Service generates for you ("Outputs").

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Inputs and for ensuring that your Outputs — including any product claims, pricing, and disclosures — comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and platform rules before you publish them.

Outputs are produced automatically by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review every Output before publishing. We make no guarantee as to the performance, retention, conversion, or revenue of any Output.

You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs to operate the Service and improve output quality; we do not claim ownership of your Inputs or Outputs.

If you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account, you authorize us to access it solely to publish the content you approve and to read the metrics needed to operate the Service. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect a publishing account at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice that takes effect at your next renewal.

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
